Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting us at myhhbox@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled renewal date.

Subscription renewals are processed on the 1st of each month.

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, that month's order cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to a future month.

Customers who cancel their subscription will continue to receive any orders that have already been paid for and processed.

Highlights & Hallelujahs reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time due to product availability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
